    Ingedients Instructions Freeze the bowl of your ice cream maker 24 hours in advance. Whisk together all the ingredients: Combine the yogurt, heavy cream, and sweetener in a bowl. Whisk until heavy cream and the sweetener are fully mixed in, 1 to 2 minutes. If you’re using granulated sugar, then the mixture should feel smooth between your fingers, not gritty. Refrigerate, if needed: If your yogurt mixture has warmed at all or if you want to wait to churn it for any reason, cover it and place it in the fridge until it has cooled to fridge temperature again.     This is a wonderful eat anytime curry adapted from a recipe by Pat Chapman of The Curry Club. The curry is so easy to make and will be loved by all. I added chickpeas to my version as I love them but you could add peas which is more traditional.     450g (1lb) Jersey Royal potatoes, gently rubbed to remove flaky skin 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 rashers streaky bacon, chopped 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and chopped 8 – 10 cherry tomatoes, halved 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 4 large eggs a large pinch paprika salt and freshly ground black pepper 1. Cook the Jersey Royals in lightly salted boiling water until tender – about 15 minutes. Drain and allow to cool. Slice thickly. 2.     125g/4½oz fresh fine breadcrumbs ½ tsp cayenne pepper 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 50g/2oz plain flour 3 medium free-range eggs, beaten Method 1.heat a deep fat fryer to 190C/375F. 2. Mix the breadcrumbs and the cayenne pepper in a bowl and set aside. 3. Dredge the chicken in the flour, then dip into the beaten egg. 4. Dip the chicken into the spicy breadcrumbs, making sure all the chicken is coated thoroughly. 5.     250ml/8fl oz cider vinegar 1 bay leaf ½ tsp ground coriander ½ tsp ground cinnamon 8 tbsp Demerara sugar 1.5kg/3lb ripe tomatoes, quartered, seeds removed 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp English mustard powder 1 garlic clove, crushed Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp tomato purée ½ tsp cornflour, if necessary Method 1. For the tomato ketchup, place the vinegar, bay leaf, coriander, cinnamon and sugar into a heavy-based saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. 2.     Ingredients 1 shoulder lamb, 1.8-2kg 2 fat cloves garlic 3-4 sprigs rosemary 1 rounded teaspoon sea salt 275 ml dry white wine For the Redcurrant and Mint Sauce 3 tablespoons good-quality redcurrant jelly 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 4 tablespoons chopped mint (2 x 15g packs) salt and freshly milled black pepper Method First of all, peel the garlic cloves and slice each one into about 8 pieces, then divide the rosemary into about 16 tiny sprigs.     Ingredients 125g/4oz butter 55g/2oz caster sugar, plus extra to finish 180g/6oz plain flour Method Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5. Beat the butter and the sugar together until smooth. Stir in the flour to get a smooth paste. Turn on to a work surface and gently roll out until the paste is 1cm/½in thick. Cut into rounds or fingers and place onto a baking tray. Sprinkle with caster sugar and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until pale golden-brown. Set aside to cool on a wire rack.
